Welcome to the Golf Tourism Scotland website.  As usual there are a number of updates and upgrades available.  Members should note that the database has now been updated to allow a whole raft of new information to be added to promote your business activities.

If you have lost your username and password please contact us and we'll reissue along with a set of guidelines on what the new system allows you to do.

GTS Communications

The 2008 AGM highlighted that some members were still concerned that they are not receiving information from GTS in the fashion expected.  It was promised that all communications options would be put online.  We have therefore created a page outlining our communications policy in a single easy to understand page.

GTS Awards Dinner 2008

The dinner at Cameron House on Loch Lomond was attended by more than 180 of those involved with golf tourism and as well as a cross section of our members large and small we were delighted to welcome representatives of VisitScotland, Scottish Enterprise and EventScotland to the evening.

With entertainment provided by MC Duncan Cameron, The Ayrshire Fiddle Orchestra and The Gospel Truth Choir there was a little bit of everything in the mix.  The full list of award winners is available on the Awards Section of the website.

Annual General Meeting 2008

The Annual General Meeting took place prior to the Awards Dinner and approved the new Board appointments and no increase in subscriptions for 2009.  A full copy of the Chairman's presentation made by Nick Hunter is available online.
